There is a way to track members who are interested in joining your League through Member Essentials.


Steps to be taken:

  1. You can have Prospective Members fill out the Junior League Membership Interest Form to collect their information. See Forms for ME Basic Public Sites
  2. To see who has submitted these forms, you can export the form data
  3. If you want to track these Prospects in your Directory, you can use their information from the interest form to create a Prospective Member
    • Take note, Prospects are not billed by AJLI nor can they login to the member portal
  4. You can create an account for the Prospect.
  5. Set the status to Prospect and do not send them an invitation to log in. Make sure the Send Email to User with New Account Information checkbox is unchecked.
     
  6. Create as many Prospect accounts as needed.
  7. Administrators can find Prospect records by going to Admin > Member Search and searching by the Status Type.
  8. These records can be edited and notes can be added as well.
       
  9. When your League is ready to finalize the membership for Prospects, the Provisional status can be assigned to the record. 
  10. Then, they can be invited to access the Member Portal by sending an invitation link.
