Dear Member Essentials Admins,
We hope you are having a great summer and are making use of your Member Essentials member portal! Here are two new features that are now available. If you are interested in enabling Advisor Groups and/or Vendor Management, please email MemberEssentials@ajli.org.

  • Advisor Groups – Create Advisor Groups for any purpose, including Provisionals, Placements, etc. Advisor Groups are created by creating a special type of Access Group, placing members in the group, and designating a group leader, i.e. the advisor. Advisors can collaborate with their members through a GroupShare, including accessing requirements reports.  Members can see their advisor group from the portal home page.   • Vendor Management – Manage vendors and merchants for market events by creating a series of steps and application forms. See Vendor Management - Step by Step.

Coming Tuesday September 17th Inactivation Manager

  • Inactivation Manager provides an automated process for resigning or dropping members including automatically removing the member from groups, end-dating current placements, cancelling shift registrations, and more. See Inactivation Manager

Coming Soon

  • New Form Builder Screen – Form Builder will get a redesigned screen allowing sorting, filtering, archiving, and categorizing. See Managing Forms

  • Organization Manager – Manage outside agency/organization contacts and requests for funding and volunteers.
