This article will show you how to manage forms in the new Form Builder (coming soon)


Required Access:

You will need the Administrator or Form Administrator admin access level.


Where to go:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management 
  • Select Form Builder 2.0


Managing Forms:

There are new features in the Form Builder such as Sort, Filter, Archive and Manage Categories.

  • Sort - You can now sort your forms by Form Name, Entries, Category, Start Date and End Date. To sort, click on the arrow next to the column name. The up arrow indicates that it is ascending and the down arrow indicates that it is descending.
  • Filter - To filter, enter the search criteria you are looking for underneath the Column Name. For example, if you are looking for forms with a Start Date of 6/1/2024, click on the gray box and select the Date. 
  • Archive - If there are forms that are no longer in use, you can archive them using the archive icon below the Actions column. 
  • Restore - To restore a form, click on the Include Archived icon to display all the archived forms. Find the form and click on the checkmark icon to restore it. 
  • Manage Categories - 
    1. Find Manage Categories on the bottom of the list of your forms. 

    2. Then, you can click on Add new Category to add new categories to organize your forms. You can create categories such as League Forms, Admin, Membership, etc.  
    3. If you edit your form and go to Set Up, you will find the Category field where you will be able to categorize your form.
