You can test the entire Intake process by doing the following in Entry Point Manager:

  1. Copy the link of the entry point to be tested and save it as a bookmark or in a note. 
  2. Log out of Member Essentials, or launch an incognito/private tab of your browser.
  3. Go to the link of the entry point (saved in step 1).
  4. Create a test prospect account.  You can call it whatever you like, and use fake contact information. However, to view the emails sent from Intake, use an actual email address that is not already associated with a Member Essentials profile. 
  5. Log in using the username and password you created.  
  6. Click on each step to verify that it takes the prospect to the proper screen. 
  7. To advance to the next step, don't complete the action of the step (e.g., don't register for a session or submit a form). Instead, use Intake Manager to manually complete the step for the test prospect account.  See > Introduction to Intake
  8. When you are done with your testing, you can remove the test Prospect account from Intake and delete the profile. See > How to Manage Prospects that Have Not Completed Path
