It’s been a busy year with the Member Essentials team, as we work on building new features and making Member Essentials the best member management platform for Junior Leagues. To see what we have in store, check out our Member Essentials Plus Development Roadmap.


From the roadmap, we are now ready to beta test Dues Add-ons. Dues Add-ons enables you to provide your members with additional choices for purchase along with dues, for example, donations, pre-paid event admission, etc. Items can be tracked with separate accounting references for easier reconciliation. If you would like to help beta test this feature for next year's dues collections, please let us know by contacting MemberEssentials@ajli.org.


If you already started dues collections for 2023-2024, it is still possible to use add-ons moving forward, but you must re-create your dues definitions.


Also, the new Intake System is now available! With Intake, you can define a path of activities that incoming members complete, before they are assigned a full member status, e.g. complete an online application, pay an application fee, sign-up for an orientation event, etc. If you would like to start setting it up for Spring recruitment, we can help.
