Yearly Transition Guide
To prepare for the upcoming League year, we updated the League Year Transition: Getting Ready for the New League Year guide with the following:
- Password Management / Administrator Access for Other Platforms
- Update the League's JL Profile

Vendor Management
- There is a new login screen for vendors, which was improved for those vendors who work with multiple Leagues. This will allow vendors to create profiles with multiple Leagues using the same email and password. To learn more, see Advisory: Vendor Management - New Vendor Login Screen.
- Coming this summer, the Applied column on the Manage Vendors screen will show "Applied" if the vendor has completed the application form. Currently, the Applied status is based on the submission of the form AND payment of the application fee. This change is being made to accommodate Leagues that do not charge an application fee. Also, application fees will be included in the Charges column.
Placement Management
There is a new feature to display future placements on Member Profiles. To enable this, you can go to the Position Manager > Member Visibility. See Display Future Placements in Profile for steps.
Credit Card Donation Feature
If you have not already done so, please sign up to activate the credit card donation feature for your League. See Credit Card Fee Donation Feature for more information.
Coming Soon - SMS Texting
The team is working on final testing for the new SMS Texting feature. We are looking for Leagues willing to pilot this feature. Note, SMS text messages are not free; there is a fee of approximately 1 cent per message, along with some small setup fees. Your League will be required to create an account with the Twilio texting service; instructions will be provided. Please contact MemberEssentials@ajli.org if you are interested in piloting this new feature.
Coming Soon - Tax Receipts and Fair Market Value
The team is working on final testing for the tax receipts feature. This will allow Leagues to define a fair market value for items sold in the Simple Store and for admission options for paid events. A system-generated tax receipt will be sent to the purchaser if an order includes a tax-deductible item. Note that this feature currently does not support tax receipts for dues orders. Please contact MemberEssentials@ajli.org if you are interested in piloting this new feature.
