The Organization Manager is a tool that can be used to track your contacts and activities with outside organizations, community partners, and agencies, as well as funding and volunteer requests from those organizations.

Add an Organization
Easily add new organizations to your database, including relevant details like name, type, and contact information. See Add an Organization


Add a Location
Keep track of multiple locations associated with your partner organizations, ensuring that your records are as detailed and up-to-date as possible. Add a Location for an Organization


Create Contacts
Add individual contacts within organizations, and designate them as Primary or Secondary. They will be the point of contact to facilitate any partnerships. See Add a Contact for an Organization


Assign Liaisons
Assign a liaison to each organization to ensure clear communication and accountability for managing relationships. The liaisons that can be chosen will be Members from your League. See Assign a Liaison for an Organization


Record Activities
Log important activities and interactions with each organization. This ensures that every action is tracked and no communication is lost or forgotten. See Record Activities for Organizations


Submit Requests

Directly submit funding or volunteer requests to organizations, keeping the process efficient and transparent.

  1. Create a public form in Form Builder so that organizations can fill out a request. See Form Builder - Step by Step
  2. After they submit the form, Admins can enter in the request manually.

Approve Requests

  1. Next to the Organization name, click on the number below Requests.
  2. Find your request by clicking on the edit icon under Actions.
  3. Depending on what was requested, enter the number for Volunteers Approved or the amount approved for Funds Approved. 
  4. Below Approval Status, set the status of the approval to Approved, On Hold, Denied, etc.
