The Form Builder 2.0 module allows you to create forms that Members, volunteers, and even members of the public can complete online. The results will be stored in the database of your instance.
Form Creation
The basic process for creating forms is as follows:
- Create the Form
- Adding Fields to a Form
- Editing Form Fields
- Publish the Link to the Form
- Link to the form by:
- Adding a News Item
- Adding a link to your My League content pages
- Adding a link to Quick Links
- Adding a link to your public site
- Or sending an email through the Email Tool

Managing Submissions
When forms start being submitted, they will be saved in the Entries column. See Viewing & Managing Form Entries. On the bottom, find Manage Columns to select which fields to display.
