Google and Yahoo have implemented stronger email security, recently. If your League has a domain email account that you are using to send to your member's emails from Mailchimp (ie office@jlanycity.org). There are updates that need to be done to your DNS record to improve your spam rating for your outgoing email.
To check your Mailchimp account, sign in click your Profile in the upper right, Select Account, the Domains, check that your account shows as Authenticated.
If your MailChimp account needs to be authenticated, you will need to update your DNS record. Here is an explanation of Domain Registrar and Domain Name servers
To get the settings that need to updated Click Authentication,
Then Click Continue
Now Click "See what records will be added"

- If your League has control of your Domain Record and Name servers. Follow the instructions provided by MailChimp to update your League's Domain record.
