Public websites using the Member Essentials Wordpress template are supported by the Member Essentials support team.  Public websites still hosted on the Digital Cheetah legacy platform are supported by Digital Cheetah.

If Digital Cheetah is still hosting your League's public website, i.e. it is not a Member Essentials public website, then follow the directions below to submit a support request directly to Digital Cheetah.

  1. In Member Essentials, go to ADMIN>Member Management and select the Access Manager tool.

  2. Using Access Manager, assign the access level WordPress Administrator to the administrators submitting support requests to Digital Cheetah.   See Video - Assigning Permissions. It may take up to one hour for this access level to be applied.

  3. Use this form to submit your support request to Digital Cheetah > https://vms.ajli.org/?nd=vms_load_form&form_id=1001389&return_nd=vms_national_form_list

If you are unable to access the form, please wait at least one hour for the access level to be applied.
