Member Visibility allows you to specify for which years the Member can see her dues requirement status. This will appear above the general member requirements on the portal's homepage. By using this feature, you can show your Members the status of their dues payment for the current year while also showing them the dues requirement for the next year. This can avoid confusion as to which year you are currently collecting. 

Take note, a Pay link will appear under Action next to the year for which you are collecting, but only if dues collection has been turned on. See Enable Dues Collection




Required Access:

You will need the Dues Administrator or Administrator access level.


Where to Go:

  • From the Member Portal, go to Admin > Member Management 
  • Select Dues Management
     

Steps to be Taken:

  1. Click on the Membership Dues Requirement tab. (It might be labeled a different name such as Membership Dues Obligation if your League customized the name) 
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Member Visibility.
  3. A popup will appear with the previous, current and next League years such as 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. 
  4. For each League year, set Visible to Member to Yes or No.  The years for which Visible to Member is set to yes will appear on the member home page and in the member's profile.  
     
  5. Waived Access Group is an advanced setting where you can choose an access group containing Members that do not owe dues.  For example, this can be used for dues scholarships or dues discounts.
  6. Click Save.  
  7. Members will now see the years set as visible on their homepage and Member rofile.
