League Positions can be granted a bundle of access levels through position based Admin access or Access Bundles.
After you review the steps to configure a placement with these bundles, please review the list of individual Access Levels and Access Bundles.
Required Access:
You will need the Position Administrator or Administrator access level
Where to go:
Go to Admin > Member Management > Position Manager
Steps to be taken:
- By default, the Positions page will appear where you will find a list of all your placements.
- Search for the one you want to configure such as President.
- Select Configure
- Below Position Based Admin Access, you can choose Access Rights, where you can choose the access bundles or access levels.
- Once selected, you will see the Implied Access Level permissions. In this example, the Implied Access Levels are Administrator and Security Administrator for Access Level by Position - President.
- Click Submit to apply the access rights.
- It will take overnight for these changes to take effect.

To review your assignments:
- You must have Security Administrator access.
- Go to Admin > Member Management > Access Manager > System assigned
- If you are a Security Administrator, the day after the placement is configured, you can check to see if the access levels got assigned here.
