Immediate:

  • Assigning new requirements
  • Fulfilling requirements
  • Updates to Hours Manager entries
  • Marking someone as attended (Getting hours and meeting credit will apply after the event and may take overnight)
  • Updates to the Access Manager


Every Hour:

  • Updates to Positions if switching admin access through taxonomy


Overnight:

  • Updated member status
  • Updates to Access Groups/GroupShare
  • Hours import to requirements
  • Removing admin access to a position
