This article details how to view the email history for an individual member.
Where to go:
- From the Member Portal, hover over the Admin tab, then select Member Search from the dropdown menu.
Steps to be taken:
1. Once you are in the Member Search area, search for a member and click on their name in the search results. This will bring you to their Admin Profile.
2. When you are on the Admin Profile, go to Notes & Communications and then Received Email History from the left navigation menu or scroll down until you reach the section on the page. This will show you all of the emails that have been received by the member.
