This tutorial demonstrates how to use the Position Manager to assign members to their placement positions. (Duration: 2:38) 


This article will detail how to mass assign positions to members. If you have a large group of members who all need to be placed in a certain position, this will save a lot of time.

Where to go:

  1. From the homepage, go to AdminMember Management 
  2. Once you are on the Member Management page, select Position Manager.

Steps to be taken:

1. When you are in the Position Manager, click on the tab that says Position Mass Assign.



2. On the next screen, you will see two dropdown menus at the top of the page. You can use these to filter on members you'd like to assign to a position, by status and/or position.


3. Once you have set the search filters, you will have the option of selecting one or more members.



4. Once you have selected your members, you will choose which position you are adding them to. Click into the field that says Pick One or More Positions to generate a list of positions from which to choose, then click on a position to select it.



5. Once you have selected a position, you'll need to set the position start date and end date. It is very important to always have a position start date in place. 



6. After you click submit, review your selections, then click Proceed. You have successfully mass assigned a position!
