Here are some recommended access levels for Leagues by responsibility. These access levels are listed in Admin Access Levels for Member Essentials.
With these recommendations in mind, you can set the different access levels for each position in the Position Manager. See Add New Position Based Access Levels.
President - Security Administrator, Administrator, AJLI Permissions Admin, Member Administrator Confidential
Access levels allow: These access levels provide the President with full access to all tools and permission to grant permission, as well as view and edit confidential information (if needed).
President Elect - Security Administrator, Administrator, AJLI Permissions Admin
Access levels allow: These access levels provide the President-Elect with full access to all tools for the duration of her term and the permission to grant permission.
Executive Vice President – Administrator, AJLI Permissions Admin, AJLI League Profile Admin
Access levels allow: Full access plus ability to assign AJLI Admin permissions and update the JL Profile.
Finance VP / Treasurer - Order Management, Dues Administrator, Accounting Reference Administrator, Stripe Administrator, Query Administrator, Member Administrator, AJLI League Profile Admin
Access levels allow: Access to the League’s Stripe transactions, ability to record payments and update the JL Profile.
Secretary - Member Administrator, AJLI Transfer Admin, AJLI League Profile Admin, Intake Administrator, Email Administrator, My League Content
Access levels allow: Ability to manage Member records, process transfers, update the JL Profile, manage incoming Prospects, contact Members, add content pages, add News and Alerts and upload to Moxie Media for posts.
Board Member/Director-at-Large - Member Administrator View, Form Administrator, Query Administrator
Access levels allow: Ability to view Member records, create forms and surveys, and view reports.
Community Impact - Registration Administrator, Requirement Administrator, AJLI League Profile Admin
Access levels allow: Ability to manage calendars, set up requirements, and update the JL Profile.
Fund Development - Simple Store Administrator, Email Administrator, Registration Tool Administrator, Form Administrator, Vendor Management Administrator
Access levels allow: Ability to create donation pages/manage store, contact Members, set up Paid events, create forms and manage Vendors
Marketing & Communications - My League Content, Email Administrator, MailChimp Manager, Push Notification Administrator, Registration Tool Administrator, Photo Management Access, AJLI League Profile Admin
Access levels allow: Ability to add content pages to My League, send emails, set up MailChimp, send push notifications, create calendar events, manage photos/posts and update the JL Profile.
Membership - Member Administrator, Intake Administrator, Position Administrator, Placement Matching Admin, Requirements Administrator, Email Administrator, AJLI Transfer Admin, AJLI League Profile Admin
Access levels allow: Ability to manage Member records, manage incoming Prospects, set up positions, manage the Placement Tool, set up requirements, contact Members, process transfers and update the JL Profile
Placement Chair - Position Administrator, Placement Matching Admin, Email Administrator
Access levels allow: Ability to set up positions, manage the Placement Tool and contact Members
Nominating - Form Administrator, Member Administrator, Position Administrator, Member Administrator Confidential

Recruitment - Intake Admin, Registration Admin, Member Administrator View
