Dear League Leaders, 

 

AJLI is pleased to share an upcoming enhancement to the Member Essentials program: the introduction of tiered support options, designed to better align services with the varying needs and sizes of Junior Leagues across our network. 

 

Our goal with this update is to ensure that every League continues to receive reliable, high-quality support, while also offering expanded options for Leagues that would benefit from additional guidance, training, and strategic assistance. 

 

What’s Staying the Same? 

  • Your current Member Essentials rate remains unchanged if you choose not to upgrade. 
  • The foundational support you rely on, including email support, weekly office hours, and ongoing training opportunities, will continue to be available. 
  • No action is required unless you wish to explore an upgraded support tier. 


Why Tiered Support? 

 

While AJLI has not increased League dues, the costs associated with maintaining and improving Member Essentials, including platform hosting, security, development, and staff support, continue to grow. Tiered support allows us to sustain strong service for all Leagues, while offering additional options for those with more complex needs. 

 

Member Essentials Support Tiers 

 

Essential  

$1,400 annually  

 

Includes: 

  • Unlimited email support 
  • Access to the Member Essentials Knowledge Base and tutorials 
  • Weekly office hours 
  • Monthly webinars, offered nine months per year 
  • Up to four scheduled support calls per year, one per quarter 


Enhanced (Optional Upgrade) 

$2,400 annually 


Includes everything in Essential, plus: 

  • Up to eight scheduled support calls per year, offered bi-monthly 
  • One annual data audit and platform check-in 
  • Optional leadership transition training support 


Premier (Optional Upgrade) 

$3,600 annually 

 

Includes everything in Enhanced, plus: 

  • Quarterly strategic support calls focused on planning and adoption 
  • Priority onboarding and feature implementation assistance 
  • Annual Strategy and Optimization Review 
  • Up to three custom training sessions per year 


What Happens Next? 

 

Upgrading is entirely optional, and Leagues that do not opt in will continue at their current rate.
