
Scheduled Server Maintenance
Dear Member Essentials Admins,
Please see the reminder below about upcoming server maintenance.
On Monday, November 10th, the Member Essentials server cloud provider will be upgrading the Member Essentials servers. This is a required upgrade to ensure the system's stability going forward. The upgrades will take place through the night but are expected to continue through the morning of November 10th. The Member Essentials portal and Junior League app will be unavailable on November 10th until 1PM Central Time. If you have events or shifts that morning and need to track attendance, please do the following:
- On November 9th, print (or copy as a PDF) the Sign-In Sheet for the event. A Sign-In Sheet is available from the Attendance Manager under Reports.
- Use the Sign-In Sheet to track attendance
- After the event, use the Attendance Manager to enter attendance
