Financial Reports
As mentioned in our previous newsletter, we are rolling out new financial reports to support financial reconciliation. These reports include payments for payment plans, recurring payments, and make-up payments for a failed credit card. To access the reports, navigate to the Query Tool and filter the reports by the category "Financial Reports (BETA)".
These reports will soon be available directly from the Stripe Admin tool and will replace the Reconcile tab.
These reports utilize a new technology to sync data from your League's Stripe account to Member Essentials. Please note that transactions do not appear in the reports immediately, as they go through a settlement process that takes a few hours.
Please report any anomalies observed with these new reports. If reporting an anomaly related to a Stripe Payout, please include the Stripe Payout Export from your Stripe account. This is available on the page for the Payout. See below.

Dues Management Step by Step
IMPORTANT - If you offer payment plans to members, especially plans that span more than a few months, please ensure that all plans for 2025-2026 have been completed before offering plans for 2026-2027. A member can only be on one active payment plan at a time. If a member signs up for a payment plan for a new league year, any current payment plans for that member will be cancelled, possibly resulting in missed payments. Use the tool Stripe Admin > Recurring to see active payment plans.

Scheduled Server Maintenance
Note: There was an error in the previous announcement for this scheduled maintenance. Here is the corrected announcement. On Monday, November 10th, the Member Essentials server cloud provider will be upgrading the Member Essentials servers. This is a required upgrade to ensure the system's stability going forward. The upgrades will take place through the night but are expected to continue through the morning of November 10th. The Member Essentials portal and Junior League app will be unavailable on November 10th until 1PM Central Time. If you have events or shifts that morning and need to track attendance, please do the following:
- On November 9th, print (or copy as a PDF) the Sign-In Sheet for the event. A Sign-In Sheet is available from the Attendance Manager under Reports.
- Use the Sign-In Sheet to track attendance
- After the event, use the Attendance Manager to enter attendance
