Admins will be able to define the messaging that will appear on the footer of the tax receipts for FMV.

Required Access:
You will need the Order Management Administrator or Administrator access level. 

Where to go: 

  1. Go to Admin > Member Management
  2. Find Order Management > Define Tax Footer 

 

Steps to be taken: 

  1. When you open this page, the Tax Footer Message field is where you can enter the messaging and format the text.
  2. It will display with the below default text and Admins will have the ability to edit:
    “For The Junior League [city name here] Member Dues Receipts: Dues and AJLI fees are fully tax-deductible. No goods or services have been provided in exchange for this payment. Please consult your tax advisor.

    For Ticket and Event Receipts: The tax-deductible amount indicated above represents the amount paid in excess of the value. Please consult your tax advisor as to the deductibility of your donation.”

    The Junior League of [city name here] is a registered 501(c)(3). Your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.”
  3. Copy Default Text will copy the template of the messaging to your clipboard.
  4. If the Apply Tax Footer? field is set to Yes, it will include the message on all deductible items tax receipts. The tax footer will appear on tax receipts for paid events and simple store purchases. This is sent to the customer when at least one item in the order is classified as tax deductible.
  5. Click Submit to save the changes.
