This article will show how to make future placements appear on Member's Profiles.


Required Access:

You will need the Position Administrator or Administrator administrative access level.


Where to go:

  1. From the homepage, go to Admin > Member Management 
  2. Once you are on the Member Management page, select Position Manager.

Steps to be taken:

  1. Find the Member Visibility tab.
  2. Below Show Future-Dated Positions on Member Profile?, select Yes.
  3. Click Submit to save your changes.
  4. To test this, impersonate a Member with a future placement. See Impersonating a Member

  5. Go to their Profile > Placements to see that it is appearing as expected.
