This email has been sent to Administrators and Vendor Administrators of Leagues using Vendor Management.

An upcoming update to Vendor Management will change the login process for vendors accessing the vendor portal.

Background
Based on League feedback, the login process has been improved to better support vendors who work with multiple Junior Leagues. Vendors can use the same email address and password for the vendor profile created for each League. Vendors will no longer have to keep track of separate login credentials for each League.

New Login Process
The new login process will prompt the vendor for an email address and allow the vendor to select the League for which a vendor profile has been created using that email.

-- Vendors working with only one league will see a single choice in the league prompt.  The login change for these vendors will be minimal. 
 
-- The "Vendor" choice will move to the top of the League list to provide quicker access.  

-- Vendors will no longer enter a username to log in. They will use an email address and password.

-- If a vendor has created a separate password for each League, they should use the password for the League they are accessing.

-- Vendors should enter the email address they entered when creating their profile for the League. If a vendor reports a problem logging in, make sure the vendor is entering the email address associated with the vendor profile showing in your Vendor Management tool.

-- Vendors can change the email address and password associated with their vendor profile by selecting View Profile under their name. Administrators can also update email addresses and passwords for vendor profiles.

This change is scheduled to be released the week of April 14th. We will send out another advisory when the change is made. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
