Submit requests from organizations, where you can specify if volunteers or funds are needed. To make this process easier, create a public form in Form Builder with the request for the organizations to fill out. After they submit the form, you can enter their request. Take note, it will not automatically transfer over the information. Admins will still have to enter it in manually.
Required Access:
You will need the Organization Administrator or Administrator access level.
Where to go:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Select Organization Manager
Steps to be taken:
- Find the Organization Name where you want to enter a request.
- Under the Requests column, click on None or the number.
- Click on the plus sign to add a new request.
- Enter the Request Name which details what is needed, identify and categorize the nature of the request, making it easier for partners to understand the purpose and urgency.
- For the Organization Type, specify the type of organization. This refers to the classification of an entity based on its structure, function, purpose, or legal status.
- For Date Submitted, enter the date when the request was submitted.
- For Volunteers Requested, enter the number of volunteers that are needed.
- For Funds Requested, enter the amount of funds needed.
- Enter the Approval Status. This describes the current stage or outcome of the request in the approval process. This status indicates whether the request has been approved, denied, is still under review, or is awaiting further action.
- Click Save to submit your request.
