Event coordinators can view and manage all eTicket orders in the Registration Tool.
Required access:
You will need the Registration Administrator or Administrator access level.
How to get there:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Select Registration Tool Manager
Steps to be taken:
- Find Manage > eTicket Orders
- On this page, you will see all the orders for eTickets.
- Under the Actions column, you can find:
View: opens new tab with PDF ticket (this is a PDF of the ticket itself, using the template selected for that ticket)
Resend eTicket Link: will display a popup window where you can email a message that includes the Name and Email Address. You can enter a Subject. On the Message field, the eTicket link will be included and you can also enter any additional information here.
Click Send to resend the link. Then system will re-send the eTicket link to the purchaser via email with a link to ALL tickets in the order.
On this page, you can also find:
Status - will display Redeemed or Not Redeemed depending on if the eTicket was scanned
Order Number - order number associated with the paid option
Registration - event or registration name
Registration Option - name of paid option
eTicket Template - name of eticket template
Customer - includes the first name and last name of the purchaser
Email Address - purchaser's email address
Purchased Date/Time - displays the date and time when the paid option was purchased
Last Accessed Date/Time - displays the date and time when this eTicket was last scanned
Redeemed - how many tickets have been redeemed, e.g., 0 of 3
QR code Value - not the QR code itself, but the code that can be manually scanned
On the top right, there are additonal features:
Refresh - refreshes the list of eTicket orders on this page
Clear Filters - will remove any of the filters that were made to show all eTicket orders
Export to Excel - exports all the information on this page in an Excel file.
