Choose which paid options will include eTickets. 


Required access:

You will need the Registration Administrator or Administrator access level.


How to get there:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Select Registration Tool Manager


Steps to be taken:

  1. Find the registration tool you want to configure. Under the Options column, click on the edit icon.
  2. Choose the paid option where eTickets should be linked.
  3. Find the eTicket Template field and select the template name you want to link this paid option with. Take note, an eTicket template can only be used for 1 purchase option. Also, if an eTicket template is archived, it will not show up in the eTickets Template dropdown options UNLESS the eTicket Template has already been selected from the eTickets Template field > save > edit.
  4. Save the paid option.
