Create an eTicket Template for the paid options in your registration tool.


Required access:

You will need the Registration Administrator or Administrator access level.


How to get there:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Select Registration Tool Manager


Steps to be taken:

  1. Find the registration tool where you want to set up eTickets and click Manage.
  2. On the top of the page, find Manage > eTicket Templates where you will see a list of all your templates.
  3. To create a new template, select the add button on the top right and you will find a number of fields to set up.


    • Template Name - name of your template (optional)

    • Upload Header - upload an image for the header of your template. The recommended dimensions are 300px x 700px. Any image type can be used. (optional)

    • Venue - the location of the event (optional)

    • Address - enter the address where this event will be held (optional)

    • Event Date - enter the date of the event (optional)

    • Scan Day - select multiple dates when registrants can scan the eTickets (required)

    • Disclaimer - enter an optional disclaimer or statement that informs registrants of the risk and allows them to continue participating in your event.

    • Max # of Scans - This is the number of times a single ticket can be successfully scanned. In most cases, this will be 1, indicating a single entry. If the ticket will be used for multiple entries, e.g., a multi-day event, indicate the number of times the ticket may be scanned. (required)

    • Top Text - enter optional text or description that will appear on the top of your template

    • Bottom Text - enter optional text or description that will appear on the bottom of your template

    • Upload Footer - upload an image for the footer of your template. The recommended dimensions are 300px x 700px. Any image type can be used. (optional)

  4. Click Save to create your template.
