1. Go to the Form Management (Form Tool 2.0) in Digital Cheetah
  2. Check the form to make sure there are no Access Group restrictions on the form.  If so, they should be removed before migrating the form.  Follow these steps to review and remove restrictions.
    1. Select the Edit icon.
    2. Go to the Set Up tab.
    3. Scroll down to the section Group Access.  This will appear for member forms only, not public forms.  These steps are not required for public forms.
    4. If Allow Form Administrators to View/Edit the Form is set to No, change the option to Yes.
    5. If any of the additional settings are set to restrict access to an access group, remove the selection by selecting the "Select..." choice.
    6. Select Update Form to save the changes.
  3. Return back to the Form Listing page and click on the Migrate icon next to the form.

  6. Select Choose File, and select the file downloaded in the previous step.
  7. Select Submit. This will recreate the form.
  8. Check the form Settings to make sure everything copied over correctly.  Access Group restrictions will need to be reset, once the Access Groups are created in Member Essentials.

Note, the migrated form will not have any entries (submissions). If you need to keep past submissions, export those from the Form Management tool in Digital Cheetah.
