• In the Form Builder (2.0) in Digital Cheetah, click on the Migrate icon next to the form.

• This will download a file, which will go into the Downloads folder of your computer. 
• In the Form Builder 2.0 in Member Essentials, click on Upload Form.  
  

• Click Choose File, and select the file downloaded in the previous step.  
• Click Submit. This will recreate the form. Check the form Settings to make sure everything copied over correctly.  
  
  Note, the form will not have any entries (submissions). If you need to keep past submission, export those from the Form Builder in Digital Cheetah.
