Create an Access Group

  1. Create an access group such as "Waived Late Fees"
  2. Add members to the condition based on Account. 
  3. Please be sure to Add Accounts
  4. When you find the Member's name, click on the "+" icon under the Actions column to add her to the access group.
  5. Take note, it will take overnight for the access group to refresh. See Creating Access Groups



How to Waive Dues Add-Ons:

  1. Go to Admin > Member Management > Dues Management
  2. Click on Dues Add-On
  3. Find the add-on you want to waive by filtering on the Name
  4. Update the add-on by clicking on the edit icon under the Actions column.
  5. Click on the field below Exclude Access Groups to select the access group you just created. You can select multiple groups. 
  6. Members who are part of the access groups you set will not see the add-ons when they pay dues.


What Members See:

After Members select the dues definition they way to pay for, the Dues Add-Ons checkout page will appear. The add-ons that were waived will not appear on their list as an option to select. 


To test this out, impersonate a Member that is part of the waived access group for add-ons.
