A list of most commonly used reports that can be found in Member Essentials, which can be found in the Query Tool, Requirements Manager, Registration Tool and Dues Management.


Query Tool

  • Member Roster - Current - A roster of all current members.
  • Member Roster - Active - A roster of members with Active status. Includes current placement position, if assigned.
  • Member Roster - Inactive Members  - A roster of all inactive members. Resigned or Dropped or Deceased members appear on this report.
  • Current and Future Statuses Roster - This roster displays a list of current members with their current and future statuses. (ex) To communicate dues payments, you can filter by each status and use the Email button to access the Email Tool and pull in the members' names.
  • Member Birthday Report - Member's Birthdays sorted by Month and Day for Members whose Birthdays are available.
  • Member Dues - Collection Summary - Provides a summary of the dues collection, similar to the Dues Collection screen. Also includes dues-waived status.
  • Member Dues - Add-On Report - This report displays all the Dues Add-Ons purchased by the Member when they pay their dues.
  • Member Provisional/Join Date - Current Members - Shows the effective date for current members' Provisional status. This date is also considered the member's "join" date, which is the date she joined her first Junior League. Also shows the number of years elapsed since the Provisional date, which can be used to calculate years-of-service.
  • Offline Payments and Checks in Order Management - Displays a list of offline payments processed through Order Management. To find all the checks, click on Show non-blank below Check Number.
  • Placement Assignment - Future Positions - This report shows all current members (Actives, Provisionals, Sustainers, Sustainer Emeritus) including any placements assigned to begin at a future date, and/or the next future status assigned. Use the column filters and filter icons (Show All, Show Blank, Show Non-Blank) to filter as needed. For example, to show members with no future placements assigned, click Show Blank in the "placement_name" column.
  • Placement History - Report of all members' placement history
  • Registration Report - Attendees - Shows a list of all attendees and their status for all events in the registration tool.
  • Requirement Completion Export - Shows a list of all requirements completed for each Member.
  • Simple Store Transactions Report - Shows a list of all transactions purchased through the Simple Store.
  • Transfer History with Current Status - A list of all Transfers with their current status.


Requirements Manager

On the Reports page, you can find list of reports where you can filter by Period Span, Advisor Group, Access Group, Positin or Status.

  • Completed All Requirements - Accounts that have completed all of their requirements.
  • No Requirements Assigned - All accounts that do not have any requirements assigned.
  • Not Completed All Requirements - Accounts that have not completed all of their requirements.
  • Requirements Detailed Report - Amount required and completed for each requirement assigned to accounts.


Registration Tool

From the Attendance page, you can go to Reports > Event Reports.

  • Attendee Report - Displays list of all attendees, including their Registration Status.
  • Paid Event Roster Report - Shows a list of all attendees, with the Items purchased.
  • Registration Item Report - Shows a list of all Items purchased by attendees.
  • Registration Order Report - Shows a list of all orders purchased, including the Order Total.


Dues Management

In Dues Management > Dues Collection, you can export the Dues Collection screen by clicking on the arrow on the top right menu.
