The Placement Configuration screen displays all of the League’s placements for the year (usually the coming League year) and allows Placement Admins to edit, archive, and configure placements.

  2. Edit Tags: Click to configure Placements with skills and hours, availability, and location (if any are applicable).
  3. Archive: Use this to remove Placements from the configuration page and from the Member view. This does not delete the Placements from the Position Manager (ME) or Placement Manager (DC). Archived placements may be restored

Date: The Date column indicates the date the Placement was last edited.

Waves: The Waves column shows the wave in which each Placement has been included.

Visibility: The Visibility column shows whether and how a Placement is displayed for the Member. Visibility is explained further in section VII on Placement Descriptions.

Config Status: This column is a manual setting that allows the Admin to select the workflow status for each Placement and to keep track of progress working in the tool. Status settings are Not Started, In Progress, Ready for Review, and Complete. Only Placements marked as Complete will be displayed for your Members.

Archived: This column shows whether a Placement has been archived or not. By default, the filter is set to No.

NOTE: All Columns can be filtered by using the text search box or the drop-down list.

Additional Functions

In addition to the columns in Placement Configuration, there are four additional functions you can use to work on your Placements:

  1. Refreshes the queue with any new Placements you’ve added to the Position Manager or Placement Manager.
  2. Clears all the filters that you may have set.
  3. Allows you to edit multiple Placements at once (will only be visible when you have one or more Placements checked off).
  4. Archives one or more Placements (will only be visible when you have one or more items selected); Archiving removes the Placement from the Member view but does not delete it.
