As previously announced in the Fall 2023 newsletter, to better accommodate the complexity and variety with which Junior Leagues collect and track dues, the dues management process in Member Essentials has been receiving significant updates. To assist you in setting up dues collection for the 2024-2025 year, we have created a new step-by-step guide. Please review and follow the guide as you are setting up dues.
Dues Management Step by Step - January 2024
IMPORTANT
- We are in the final stages of rolling out new features and are preparing the system for 2024-2025 dues collection. Please do not start dues collection for 2024-2025 before January 15th, 2024.
- One of the new dues features allows you to Enable/Disable dues collection so that you can control when members are able to access the dues payment page. If you are still collecting dues for 2023-2024, and members cannot access the dues payment page, please check this setting. See Enable Dues Collection.
- We encourage you to schedule time with one of our support team members to review your dues setup before you make collection available to your members. Click here to book a meeting. If that’s not feasible, please let us know if you would like us to review your setup before you go live by sending an email to MemberEssentials@ajli.org
