Before you make dues live, make sure the dues add-ons are enabled for each dues definition. Once you're ready to finalize dues collection, you can choose which League year to collect dues for. 

Required Access:

You will need Dues Administrator or Administrator access level.


Where to Go:

  • From the Member Portal, click on Admin > Member Management
  • Select Dues Management 
  • Scroll to the bottom and find Set Member Access to Dues


Steps to be Taken:

  1. Under Accepting Dues Payments, set this to Yes, which will hide the End User Message when Accepting Dues payments set to “No" field.

  2. After you click Save, on top of the page, you will see a label such as "Accepting dues for 2024-2025". This indicates that dues are live for the League year you selected.

  3. If you impersonate any of your Members, and copy the link from View Stripe Dues Payment Landing Page (https://vms.ajli.org/?nd=vms_stripe_dues_landing), you can see what dues looks like live.
