You may have a workflow for Transfers to complete their steps for Intake. To add them to this workflow, here are the steps:
- Accept Transfer using Transfer Management by going to Admin > Member Management.
- Assign the local statuses for Transfers, if applicable.
- The Member profile will be transferred to your League, which may take some time.
- Search for the member in the Admin Directory. Take note, since this member status is a "Prospect" type, be sure to Include Inactive Members in search.
- Edit the profile.
- Go to Personal Information > Contact Information and verify the profile has the updated email provided with the transfer request. The profile transferred to your League may contain an old email. Update the email if needed.
- Go to Engagement > Intake Path and select Add Entry Point. Select the transfer path as appropriate. See Updating a Prospect's Entry Point
- Go to Personal Information > Login, and reset the member's login account. See this article > Incoming Member Transfer - Invite Member to the Member Portal
- When the member logs in, she will see the intake path screen.
