This article will go over how to filter and sort on information in the Member Matrix.


Accessing the Member Matrix

You will need the Matrix Administrator or Administrator access level.


To get to the Member Matrix, follow these steps:

  1. Admin
  2. Matrix: Members

Adding Filters

  1. On the left side of the screen, you will see your field options. 
  2. Click the arrow next to the category name under Filters to see available filters
  3. Check the box next to each filter you'd like to add to the report
  4. The report will refresh and add the filters

Adding Keyword and Number Filters

  1. On the columns, you can search by a keyword.
  2. In the columns you'll see a white rectangle. Click in to the rectangle to type in a keyword or numeric information you are searching on
  3. You can also click the 3 dots next to the column name
  4. This will allow you to add a detailed keyword or numeric filter to the column

Sorting Columns

  1. On the column, you'll see an up and down arrow
  2. You can click on the label name next to the arrows to sort by numeric value or alphabetically
