To keep track of any open tickets or emails you submitted, you can create an account on https://support.jl.org through Freshdesk, our ticketing system.
Take note, it is not required to create an account. If you email [email protected] directly, our team will send a response.
1) To create a new account, click Sign up.
2) Provide your name, email and select your League. If you don't see your League's name on the dropdown, email [email protected].
3) Check the reCAPTCHA box to verify and click Register.
4) You should receive an activation email, where you can click the link to create your password. (Email: [email protected] if you do not receive this)
5) After you open the link, you can create your password to activate your account. (your email is the username to log in)
6) Activate and Log In will sign you in to the ticketing portal to manage your tickets.
