If your League would like to customize the hours available to your members, Local Hours needs to be enabled. Once this feature is enabled for your League, the default hours will no longer be visible.
Contact MemberEssentials@ajli.org if you want to enable Local Hours. By default, Member Essentials has these default hours available for your league:
Access Required:
You will need the Hours Administrator or Administrator access level.
To get to the Hours Manager, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Select Hours Manager
How to Customize Local Hours:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and find Define Hours Type.
- Click the add icon or plus symbol located on the upper right menu to add an Hours Type.
- In this example, Training will be an available hours type to the League and it will map to Learning and Development.
- Only the Hours Type defined will be available, so you may need to do a one-to-one mapping such as Volunteering to Volunteering for all the other Hours Types.
- After they have been defined, the new Hours Types will be available in Hours Manager and in the Advanced - Hours in the Setup of the Registration Tool if needed.
