This article will show how Members can view their Stripe Dues History from their Profile.
Where to Go:
- On the Member Portal homepage, Members can click on the PROFILE above the banner or Edit your profile next to their photo.
- On the left navigation, click on Financial, where you will find a Stripe Dues section.
- Here, Members can find a history of the dues payments they have made, under Stripe Dues. The history will include:
- Fiscal Year - the period span or year when dues was collected
- Dues Plan Selected - the dues item or plan the Member selected (this can be found under Dues Definitions Listing)
- Total Owed - the total amount of dues owed, based on the Member's status
- Amount Paid - how much the Member paid
- Remaining Number of Payments - if the Member is on a payment plan, this will display the number of installments left to complete the dues payment
- Next Scheduled Payment Date - if the Member is on a payment plan, this will display the date when the next payment is due
- *Details - Members can click on the Details link to see more information about their payment. This is helpful for payment plans
- To find the rest of the columns, scroll to the right. The last column will display a Details link, where Members can find more information about the Dues Item they have paid for.
- The Stripe Dues Details page will display the dues item with the quantity, price and total. For payment plans, it will display the installments with the amount per installment and the Date Paid.
