If you did not set the Entry Point when creating a new account for a Prospect, you can update it directly through the Admin Profile.


Required Access:

You must have Member Administrator or Administrator access level.


How to Get There:

  1. Go to to Admin > Member Search and find the Member's profile.
  2. Then, go to Engagement Information > Intake Path. 
  3. Click on Add Entry Point.

Steps to be Taken:

  1. In the dropdown, choose the Entry Point you would like the Prospect to take.
  2. Update Entry Point will save the changes for the Member.

If a Prospect logs in to the Member Portal, she will see the steps she needs to complete to become a Member.
