This article will show you the process of managing your Prospects using the Intake Manager. Once a Prospect has verified their email address, they will appear in the Intake Manager. This is where the majority of your time will be spent managing your Prospects.

Take note, you can create a Local Status mapped out to a Prospect in Status Management (ex) New Member to Prospect

See Create Local Statuses (Member Essentials Plus)

Required access:

You will need the Intake Administrator or Administrator access level.

To access Member's Profiles, you will need Member Administrator access in addition to Intake Administrator.

How to get there:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Find Intake Manager

Steps to be taken:

  1. You will see all Prospects that have verified their email addresses.
  2. Their Name, the Entry Point through which they entered your system, their Status, the Chapter they will become a member of, administrative Notes, their Progress Status, the # Days column, which displays the number of days they have been in the Intake Manager, and a Progress bar showing how far along they are in their Path will be displayed, as well.
  3. Clicking on the Name will take you to a Prospect's Profile.
  4. On the left side of the page, you will see the Actions column.

    • Deactivate: Clicking this link will deactivate their account, where you can still assign an inactive status to keep the record hidden from view. It will still be available in the future should you choose to reinstate her account.
    • Delete: Clicking on the "X" will remove their record completely from the Intake Manager.
  5. If you click on the red Progress bar, you will be taken to a page displaying all of a Prospect's steps, including which ones they have completed/need to complete.

    • If you click Approve/Edit in the Actions column, you can manually approve their steps by setting the Step Completed dropdown to Yes or even edit them to make sure they have to do that step again by setting it to No.
