Leagues can link a bundle of permissions or access levels to placements and Administrators can set this up. 


Required Access: 

You will need the Administrators access level to configure access bundles for each placement or position.


Where to go:

  1. Select Admin > Member Management > Position Manager
  2. Find the Position Name and click Configure under the Actions column next to the placement you want to set an access bundle for.


3. Select Access Rights and choose the Access Bundle. There are various types of options: Access Level by Position or Access Bundle (See Access Bundles Assigned by Position for a complete list of Role Based Permissions)


4. After you select the Access Rights, the Implied Access Levels shows which permissions are assigned. Click Submit to apply.


5.It will take overnight for the access levels to be applied. If you are a Security Administrator, you can check back the next day to see the permissions in Access Manager > System Assigned.


Take note, if you set up Role Based Access levels, you can still add individual access levels in the Access Manager. 


To see a list of everyone assigned an access bundle based on their placement, there is a report in the Query Tool called System Assigned Admin Access.
