On the day before your League goes live with the Member Portal, please send an announcement to your members, explaining the portal and asking them to be on the lookout for email invitations to create their username and password. We ask you do this so that members do not ignore the email invitation, or assume it is spam. The email invitations will be coming from “The Junior League”. Please see some sample language below, which you can use:
We are excited to let you know that the Junior League of "AnyCity" is launching a new members-only web portal. The site will be your go to spot for League news and reminders, photos, a Member Directory, League documents and more. You will also be able to manage your own personal member profile, where you can update your information, such as email or mailing address. It's important you do this, so we have the latest contact information for you.
The new portal will also give you seamless access to the Association of Junior League's member-only site, along with its vast array of resources for Junior League volunteers, including best practices, online learning, member benefits, and networking tools.
Please be on the lookout for an email invite from “The Junior League” with further instructions to create your username and password for this exciting new resource.

Please note, this username and password will also grant you access to the AJLI member-only site. If you already have an account on AJLI's site, this new username and password will replace it.
