This article describes other ways to record payments on the Simple Store page.  For example, a donation by check or a payment in cash.

Required access:

You will need the Security Administrator access level to impersonate.

How to get there:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Go to Simple Store

Steps to be taken:

1. Open Chrome / Firefox browser from upper right, select New Incognito window or New private window (optional)


2. Log in to with your Administrator account.

3. Select Admin > Member Management > Simple Store. Click the share icon and copy the link.

2. Select Member Search.

3. Search for the member and open the Member record.

4. Under Personal Information > Login, select Login as this user

5. After the impersonation mode is active, paste the Simple Store link.

6. Make the purchase as requested. Check on the box next to Admin: Click here to make the desired purchase on behalf of 

7. This will bypass Stripe and record the "manual" payment in the transaction reporting of Member Essentials located in Simple Store > Transactions. Offline under Payment Type indicates the manual payment.
