Dear Member Essentials Admins,

We are continuing to roll out improvements to Member Essentials this summer. On July 23rd, 2020, an upgrade to the Member Directory and the Member Profile will be released!

There is no action required by Administrators, and this upgrade will lay the foundation for future improvements.

  • Administrators Select Admin, Member Search to edit members' profiles, add new statuses or add positions

  • Members Your members will find a new look to their Profile and the Member Directory

In addition, there will be a new Directory Configurator tool, which Administrators can use to customize the Member Directory with the following settings:
  • Directory Field Options Allows League Admins to choose which fields of personal member data is visible between members.

  • Directory Filter/Search Options Choose which filter and search options are visible on the Member Directory.

  • Directory Privacy Options Allow your members to personally hide specific fields on their Profile such as Email, Phone Numbers and Address
