1. First, create a Simple Store page to collect fees such as new membership
  2. Once that's set up, when you edit a form, click the Set Up tab and scroll all the way down to the bottom and find the Destination URL. Use the share link from the Simple Store and copy and paste it into this field.
  3. After this is set up, when a Member completes a form, they will be redirected to the Simple Store page to collect fees.
