This article will go over how to preview your GroupShare Files. 


Required Access:

You must be a Leader or Member of a GroupShare group to preview the files. 


Where to Go: 

To preview the GroupShare Files, follow these steps: 

  1. From your Member Portal homepage, hover over the My Groups link
  2. Click the name of the group you'd like to access the files for
  3. Find the Files icon.
  4. Click the name of the folder you'd like to see the files for
     
  5. To Preview the file, click the name of the file 
  6. From here, you can click the red Click to Preview button and it will reveal the document before actually downloading it or taking any actions.
