This article will go over how to download your GroupShare Files. 


Required Access:

You must be a Leader or Member of a GroupShare group to download files. 


Where to Go: 


To download the GroupShare Files, follow these steps: 

  1. From your Member Portal homepage, hover over the My Groups link
  2. Click the name of the group you'd like to access the files for
  3. Find the Files icon.
  4. Click the name of the folder you'd like to see the files for
  5. Find the file you need and click the 3 dots next to the file and click Download. 


Previewing the Files

  1. If you'd like to Preview the file first before downloading, click the name of the file
  2. From here, you can click the blue Preview button and it will allow you to see the document before actually downloading it.
  3. If you decide to download the file after previewing, you can click the Download button.
