This article will go over how to upload GroupShare Files. 


Required Access:

You must be a Leader of a GroupShare group to upload files. To allow Members to upload files, go to File Manager and click on the 3 dots > Edit next to the GroupShare group. Set Allow User to Upload Files to Yes.


Where to Go: 

To upload GroupShare Files, follow these steps: 

  1. From the Member Portal homepage, hover over the My Groups link
  2. Click the name of the group you'd like to access the files for (ex) Membership Committee
     
  3. Find the Files icon
  4. At the top right, click Add and you will see five options. 
  5. From here, you can first click New Folder to add a new folder, if needed
  6. To add a singular file, click New File.
  7. To upload a zip file to the group, click New Zip or Import Zip from Dropbox
  8. To add a collaborative sharing link to outside share files such as Google Docs and SharePoint, click New Share Link
