When a member transfers into your League, her invitation link will need to be "reset", so the member can invited to your League's Member Portal.


Required Access:

This requires the Security Administrator permission


How to Reset a Member's Login Account

  1. Select Admin > Member Search
  2. Find and open the member's record
  3. Under the Login section of the member record, select "Re-enable Invite Link"
     
  4. Then, select "Resend Invitation Email" or copy and paste the the invitation link to the member.
