This article will walk through how to cancel Members' recurring dues payments from autorenewals, payment plans and recurring donations made through the Simple Store.
If your League dues have increased from prior years, the recurring payment would not cover the increase. In this case, you can cancel those recurring payments, and have those members sign-up again for dues payment at the new rate.
Required Access:
You will need the Stripe Administrator or Administrator access level.
Where to Go:
To get to the Recurring page in Stripe Admin, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Find Stripe Admin
Cancelling Recurring Payments:
- On the top of the page, click on Transactions or the arrow to find Recurring.
- On this page, you'll see a record of each member who has chosen to be on a Payment Plan or who has chosen a dues item with Autorenew enabled. You will also find all the recurring donations made through the Simple Store donation page.
- To cancel their Recurring Payment, click the Cancel link in the Actions column.
- A popup will appear asking if you want to cancel the subscription.
- Click Submit in the confirmation popup
