This will show you how to configure a position group to also be a Access Group from the Position Manager.


Accessing the Position Manager

You will need the Position Administrator administrative access level.


To get to the Position Manager, follow these steps:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Select Position Manager

Creating an Access Group From A Position Group

  1. Once at the Position Manager on the Position Group tab
  2. In the column titled Access Group, toggle the dropdown to Yes

Finding the Access Group

  1. Go to Member Management > Access Groups
  2. Here, you'll find the access group based off of your position group
  3. This group will automatically update as people are added and removed from the position group
