This will show you how to configure a position group to also be a Access Group from the Position Manager.
Accessing the Position Manager
You will need the Position Administrator administrative access level.
To get to the Position Manager, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Select Position Manager
Creating an Access Group From A Position Group
- Once at the Position Manager on the Position Group tab
- In the column titled Access Group, toggle the dropdown to Yes
Finding the Access Group
- Go to Member Management > Access Groups
- Here, you'll find the access group based off of your position group
- This group will automatically update as people are added and removed from the position group
